SEALED AIR^® high-performance, high-density foam products are engineered to provide protection in shipping or other uses and come in convenient planks, sheets, or rolls. Closed cell structure traps air in pockets to allow protection from multiple impacts as well as re-use.

High-density polyethylene (PE) foam planks used in packaging provide exceptional damage protection, and their lightweight nature allows for a smaller overall shipping footprint. Fabricated foam planks can be layered and laminated for additional strength and are easily converted into various shapes.

Medium-density PE foam sheets and rolls can be used as cushioning or wrap materials in packaging and are also used as underlayment for luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring.

Options include varieties that offer anti-static properties, may contain recycled content, and all of our PE foams are classified as #4 low-density PE (LDPE) material that can be recycled in LDPE recycling systems. Check your local recycling program for specific regulations.
