Frequently Asked Questions

Closed-cell polyethylene (PE) foam is a type of foam that consists of numerous small, closed air pockets. The closed cells make it denser and more rigid than open-cell foam, offering excellent structural integrity while providing light cushioning.

Cellu-Cushion Foam is classified as RIC4 / LDPE and can be recycled, but not all recycling facilities accept LDPE foam. It's important to check with local recycling programs or centers to determine if they accept it before adding it to your pick-up bin or taking it to a drop-off.
