SEALED AIR® brand Instapak® Simple is a lightweight and easy to install foam-in-bag packaging system for low-volume operations

With the Instapak^® Simple machine, you can create adjustable foam-filled bags on demand without the need for manual mixing. It can be easily moved to any packing location.

This semi-automated system needs minimal maintenance and training to use and is an ideal solution for operations producing less than 20 packs a day.

Instapak^® packaging foams incorporate at least 35% sustainable alternative materials using the ISCC Plus mass balance approach. The ISSC Plus components incorporate sustainable alternative material using the Mass Balance approach which is an opportunity to accelerate the ecological transition on a very large scale by leveraging the existing process and contributing to phase out fossil raw material (reduce the carbon footprint from 40 to 55% versus the market average for polyurethane foam - excluding biogenic carbon).
