Instapak® foam moulding systems and equipment produce custom-formed cushions for products that require the consistent, precise fit of engineered protection

Our standalone iMold foam moulding system uses a patented foam dispersion technology that guarantees cushion consistency and strategically dispenses foam into bags. A built-in air ejection system removes finished cushions from the mould cavity, freeing up labour to pack and ship instead of monitoring cushion production.

Instapak^® foam moulding equipment includes Twin Vertical System, Moulding Wheel, and mould tables. These can be paired with Instapak^®handheld equipment and Instapak^®foam-in-bag systems to create a process that’s ideal for your business.

For products that require precise cushioning, our Packaging Application Center experts can design and develop custom mould solutions with an integrated workstation. There is an Instapak^® foam moulding solution to suit every operation, regardless of volume, throughput, or configuration.

Instapak^® packaging foams incorporate at least 35% sustainable alternative materials using the ISCC Plus mass balance approach. The ISSC Plus components incorporate sustainable alternative material using the Mass Balance approach which is an opportunity to accelerate the ecological transition on a very large scale by leveraging the existing process and contributing to phase out fossil raw material (reduce the carbon footprint from 40 to 55% versus the market average for polyurethane foam - excluding biogenic carbon).
