The Instapacker® Tabletop foam-in-bag system helps improve packaging efficiency for low- to medium-volume operations

This Instapak^® foam packaging system produces up to 16 Instapak^® expanding foam bags per minute to enhance product protection during shipping. An intuitive control panel helps accelerate packaging speed with 10 presets for foam fill amounts.

It’s an affordable and easy-to-use solution with a compact footprint that’s ideal when space is limited, including in shipping rooms and at pack stations.

Features and Benefits

Produce up to 16 bags per minute.
Adjust the amount of foam by simply pressing any one of 10 preset touch keys.
Set a time delay of 3 or 6 seconds between bags.

The ISSC Plus components incorporate sustainable alternative material using the Mass Balance approach which is an opportunity to accelerate the ecological transition on a very large scale by leveraging the existing process and contributing to phase out fossil raw material (reduce the carbon footprint from 40 to 55% versus the market average for polyurethane foam - excluding biogenic carbon).
