Russell Grissett
President of Food, Sealed Air Corporation
Russell Grissett is President of Food at Sealed Air Corporation.
Russell joined the company in December 2025 and is responsible for leading the Food Vertical. He is a growth-focused and accomplished leader with more than 30 years of experience in the global packaging industry, specializing in flexible packaging and protective solutions.
Russell has held various senior leadership roles with global responsibilities in operations, commercial strategy and organizational transformation. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of TOPPAN Packaging Americas, where he led the carve-out and integration of Sonoco’s flexible packaging business following a $1.8 billion acquisition. Prior to that, he was President of Global Thermoformed and Flexibles at Sonoco Products Company and Vice President of Flexibles, where he successfully delivered business turnarounds, integrated multiple acquisitions and drove sustained growth across global operations. His experience will be instrumental in driving growth and enhancing innovation and operational performance across the food packaging business.
Russell earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University. He currently serves as Executive Chair of the Flexible Packaging Association and is a member of Auburn University’s Industrial Engineering Alumni Council.
